Terms and Conditions / नियम और शर्तें "Innovate Uttarakhand" Hackathon 2024-25

All applicants (students and teachers) participating in the "Innovate Uttarakhand" Hackathon 2024-25 must adhere to the following terms and conditions. These rules ensure transparency, fairness, and compliance with intellectual property laws.
सभी प्रतिभागियों (छात्रों और शिक्षकों) को "इनोवेट उत्तराखंड" हैकथॉन 2024 में भाग लेने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियमों और शर्तों का पालन करना अनिवार्य है। यह नियम पारदर्शिता, निष्पक्षता और बौद्धिक संपदा कानूनों का पालन सुनिश्चित करते हैं।
1. Eligibility / पात्रता
1.1 Applicants must be students (grades 6-12) or teachers (grades 1-12) from government or non-government schools in Uttarakhand.
आवेदक उत्तराखंड के सरकारी या अशासकीय स्कूलों के कक्षा 6-12 तक के छात्र या कक्षा 1-12 तक के शिक्षक होने चाहिए।
1.2 Each participant must register through the official portal www.innovateuttarakhand.com.
हर प्रतिभागी को आधिकारिक पोर्टल www.innovateuttarakhand.com पर पंजीकरण करना होगा।
2. Idea Submission / विचार प्रस्तुति
2.1 Each idea must be original, innovative, and align with the prescribed themes:
- AI solutions for environmental challenges.
- Sustainable development practices.
- Digital tools for education and social transformation.
**हर विचार मौलिक, नवाचारी और निर्धारित विषयों के अनुरूप होना चाहिए: - पर्यावरणीय चुनौतियों के लिए एआई समाधान।
- सतत विकास की प्रथाएं।
- शिक्षा और सामाजिक परिवर्तन के लिए डिजिटल उपकरण।**
2.2 Ideas must be submitted through the "Candidate Login" section of the portal along with a project title, brief description (100-150 words), and supporting documents.
विचारों को पोर्टल के "Candidate Login" अनुभाग में प्रोजेक्ट शीर्षक, संक्षिप्त विवरण (Max 500शब्द ), और सहायक दस्तावेजों के साथ जमा करना होगा।
2.3 Participants can submit only one idea or project.
प्रतिभागी केवल एक विचार या परियोजना प्रस्तुत कर सकते हैं।
2.4 Collaborative projects (team submissions) must clearly mention all team members.
सहयोगात्मक परियोजनाओं (टीम प्रस्तुतियों) में सभी सदस्यों के नाम स्पष्ट रूप से उल्लेखित होने चाहिए।
3. Evaluation Criteria / मूल्यांकन मानदंड
3.1 Submissions will be evaluated based on the following:
- Innovation: Novelty and originality of the idea.
- Feasibility: Practicality of implementation.
- Impact: Potential contribution to solving real-world challenges.
- Technical Soundness: Quality of technical execution.
- Presentation: Clarity and effectiveness of the project write-up.
**प्रस्तुतियों का मूल्यांकन निम्नलिखित के आधार पर किया जाएगा: - नवाचार : विचार की नवीनता और मौलिकता।
- व्यवहार्यता : कार्यान्वयन की व्यावहारिकता।
- प्रभाव : वास्तविक जीवन की चुनौतियों को हल करने में योगदान।
- तकनीकी उत्कृष्टता :तकनीकी निष्पादन की गुणवत्ता।
- प्रस्तुति : प्रोजेक्ट लेखन की स्पष्टता और प्रभावशीलता।**
3.2 Evaluation will be conducted at two levels:
- Initial screening to shortlist 1,000 ideas for state-level evaluation.
- State Level: Selection of the top 100 projects for final presentation.
**मूल्यांकन दो चरणों में होगा: - राज्य स्तर पर मूल्यांकन के लिए 1,000 विचारों का प्रारंभिक चयन।
- राज्य स्तर: अंतिम प्रस्तुति के लिए शीर्ष 100 परियोजनाओं का चयन।**
4. Project and Write-ups / परियोजना और लेखन कार्य
4.1 The project report should include:
- Title and abstract.
- Objectives and scope of the project.
- Proposed solution and methodology.
- Tools, technologies, or platforms used.
- Anticipated impact and scalability.
**प्रोजेक्ट रिपोर्ट में निम्नलिखित शामिल होना चाहिए: - शीर्षक और सारांश।
- परियोजना के उद्देश्य और क्षेत्र।
- प्रस्तावित समाधान और कार्यप्रणाली।
- उपयोग किए गए उपकरण, तकनीक या प्लेटफ़ॉर्म।
- अपेक्षित प्रभाव और विस्तार।**
4.2 Write-ups and supporting documents must be in English or Hindi.
लेखन कार्य और सहायक दस्तावेज़ अंग्रेजी या हिंदी में होने चाहिए।
4.3 All submissions must be free from plagiarism.
सभी प्रस्तुतियां साहित्यिक चोरी से मुक्त होनी चाहिए।
5. Jury Decision and Marking / जूरी का निर्णय और अंकन
5.1 The decision of the jury at all stages (district and state level) will be final and binding.
जिला और राज्य स्तर पर सभी चरणों में जूरी का निर्णय अंतिम और बाध्यकारी होगा।
5.2 The jury will consist of experts from relevant fields, including education, technology, and environmental science.
जूरी में शिक्षा, तकनीक और पर्यावरण विज्ञान से संबंधित क्षेत्रों के विशेषज्ञ शामिल होंगे।
5.3 No appeals or reconsiderations will be entertained regarding jury decisions.
जूरी के निर्णय के संबंध में कोई अपील या पुनर्विचार स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा।
6. Intellectual Property and Copyright / बौद्धिक संपदा और कॉपीराइट
6.1 All submitted ideas and projects must be the original work of the participant(s).
सभी प्रस्तुत विचार और परियोजनाएं प्रतिभागियों की मौलिक रचनाएं होनी चाहिए।
6.2 Any idea found to infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights of others will be disqualified immediately.
किसी भी विचार को यदि कॉपीराइट, ट्रेडमार्क, या बौद्धिक संपदा अधिकारों का उल्लंघन करते हुए पाया गया, तो उसे तुरंत अयोग्य घोषित कर दिया जाएगा।
